THE FLORISTRY COLLECTIVE

Rethinking the wholesale industry through farm-to-studio wholesale floral orders, cut to each shipment. Our direct farm partnerships ensure that our member florists are receiving cut-to-order blooms that have longer cooler and vase lives than those ordered through traditional wholesalers, and our collective buying power ensures prices that are often substantially lower than wholesale costs.

ABOUT US

The Floristry Collective was founded by working florists, for working florists. Our concept was born from the frustration over growing wholesale costs coinciding with the decrease in product quality that can leave florists facing unsustainably-tight profit margins, facing unhappy customers and increased refund requests, or coping with excess loss and waste from receiving old product.

Our goal is simple: continue to support the high-quality, family-owned farms that make our industry possible, while supporting our fellow florists through low-minimum, low-cost, high quality product.

You

Every new member adds to our collective value, and increases our group’s bargaining power with the farms and businesses that want to work with us. Whether you are a small, home-based florist who works weddings on the weekends, or an established brick and mortar store sending out dozens of orders every day, your participation in this collective is what will help make it great.

FAQs

Are there hidden costs?

No. Membership is free to floristry professionals. You will need either a valid reseller certificate or business to order.

How does billing work?

All of our orders are pre-paid once confirmed, ensuring the best rates for our members. Orders will not be delivered without pre-payment.

How quickly can flowers be received?

Our farms have asked for 7 days’ minimum notice for wholesale orders, but you can order up to three months in advance.

What makes you different?

Our farm relationships and lack of warehouse inventory mean that every order is cut to the shipment, ensuring the freshest stems for your order – which in turn leads to less product loss/waste, longer cooler life, and longer vase life.

Are there high minimums?

Our minimums are lower than most wholesalers, with only 6 bunches of flowers or two packs or roses needed to complete an order. Of course, we can handle large orders as well – with farms that are already scaled to accommodate major retail orders.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver products anywhere in the United States and Canada via overnight air shipping from our partners’ customs facilities. If you live near an airport, we can also cut shipping costs and arrange an airport pickup.
